Refund Policy
All reservations made with Hotel Shaligram are non-refundable. Once your booking is confirmed and payment has been processed, we are unable to offer refunds under any circumstances.
This policy applies to:

- Phone or email reservations
- Third-party bookings through OTAs or partners

Rescheduling Policy
We totally understand that things can shift. If you need to change your check-in date, we offer one-time rescheduling — free of charge — with at least 24 hours’ notice prior to your original arrival time.
To qualify for rescheduling:
- Send your rescheduling request via email to hotelshaligram@gmail.com
- Include your name, booking ID, and new preferred check-in date
- Make sure the request is received at least 24 hours in advance
